Annual Emergency Management Program Details: Designed for multi-tenanted buildings to assist Facility Managers to maintain compliance for the building, the Annual Emergency Management Program consists of: 2 x Emergency Control Organisation (Warden) Meetings 1 x Workplace Emergency Response (Warden) Training1 x Evacuation Exercise 4 x ECO Contact Updates 4 x Emergency Response Procedure Manual Updates (if developed by SOS) 1 x Annual Evacuation Diagram Review Wardens are given the schedule of sessions at the start of the year, and are emailed a reminder prior to each session. Building Managers are emailed copies of the Attendance Registers for each session, and any online management systems are updated. Certificates are emailed to Wardens that attend Workplace Emergency Response Training, with the Evacuation Exercise Report emailed to all Wardens. The updated ECO Contacts or a full updated copy of the Emergency Response Procedures Manual (if developed by Specialists On Safety) are also emailed to Wardens following sessions.
